Coaches and Staff of NCAA Programs are eligible to use Roster. In order to use Roster, we have to verify your access to the NCAA Transfer Portal.

Yes! You can get Roster for your athletic department now. Fill out our contact form to get started. Our first university partners will lock in discounts or even access Roster for free and will also be the first to see new features, so act fast!

Support

We aim to make our product as intuitive as possible, but sometimes you may still have questions. We are always happy to help you with any questions you send to support@tryroster.com. Alternatively, you can view our video tutorial base, which will be continually updated.

Users will be registered during the initial setup with Roster, but if you need to add or remove users, this can be done at any time. Currently only the program administrator can add or delete users. This can be done by emailing support@tryroster.com.

If you have the University Plan, you can have an unlimited amount of users on your plan. If you have a sport-specific plan, then you will be limited to the number of eligible coaches as well as any necessary compliance or administrator users.
